50th Parallel Pinot Gris

This local Okanagan Pinot Gris from 50th Parallel offers full fresh vivacious fruit components. All fruit is selectively hand harvested and whole bunch pressed then immediately cold settled.

This Pinot Gris is an excellent choice for most dishes as it’s one of the most versatile and enjoyable wines. Pair with seafood, vegetarian plates, sharp cheeses and the list goes on.  It’s best when served between 3-6 degrees Celsius.

Gray Monk Latitude 50
